Thank you answering the call to become an Extraordinary Minister of Holy Communion for the community of Bishop Moore Catholic High School.  To be eligible for this ministry, you must have the following qualifications:

1.               You are a fully initiated of member of the Catholic Church.

(You have received the Sacraments of Baptism, Communion, and Confirmation.)

2.               You are a registered member of a Catholic Church community.

3.               You are a senior at Bishop Moore Catholic High School.

Additionally, your must be available to attend three training sessions.

            1.         Session I          Video  “Why We Attend Mass”                   1 hour 15 minutes

            2.         Session II        The Mystery of It All  (Diocesan Training)    1 hour 30 minutes

            3.         Session III       Practicum                                                        2 hours

The dates for these sessions will be posted in Room 606.  All sessions will be held after school.

If you are called to this ministry, qualified, and able to attend the training sessions, please complete the application, and return it to Mrs. E. Mohr in Room 606 by 3:30 P.M., August 15, 2006.
