My favorite place to be is the beach. This is where I feel the closest to God. One of my favorite beaches is Trunk Bay in the US Virgin Islands (also best place to snorkel!):

Class: Religious Studies I
I am originally from upstate NY (near Syracuse) but I have resided in the Orlando area for 34 years. I am proud to say I have been a teacher at Bishop Moore for 22 years. I have experienced every grade level in the Religion Department and was at one time also teaching World History! I have enjoyed working on the freshmen level for the past few years. It is exciting to see the new faces and be there to help them make the challenging adjustments to their high school careers.
I have a BA degree in Interdisciplinary Social Science/Education from SUNY at Potsdam, NY and a MA degree in Pastoral Ministry/Education from Loyola University, New Orleans.
I have been married for 38 years and have two sons, Jeff and Steve, who are both graduates of Bishop Moore. Jeff (class of 1997) is a Major in the US Army. He was married last June and already has one year down Law School at Stetons. Steve (class of 2001) is a software engineer and a lifesaver for me in terms of helping me cope with the technology that this job demands. They are how I know for sure what a great job Bishop Moore does in preparing their students!
Our family attends St. Augustine's Catholic Church in Casselberry. My church ministry experience includes 12 years of marriage preparation on the Diocesan and parish level, sacramental preparation at the parish level and Eucharistic ministry.
I am also the sponsor for the Best Buddies organization here at Bishop Moore. Check out our information and come and join our group! I am looking forward to having another great year.
Please feel free to email with any questions/concerns or just to say hello! Reminder that I cannot reply to students without a copy to a parent. :)
Note about Email: In accordance with Diocesan policy, I am unable to respond to emails from students unless he/she has sent a carbon copy to the parent's email. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
