Welcome to the 2025-2026 School Year!
Hornet Family,
As we begin this new school year, I want to extend a heartfelt welcome to all of our students, families, faculty, and staff. The start of a new school year brings renewed energy and enthusiasm for the many opportunities to continue to grow in faith, pursue excellence, and live lives of service, hallmarks of our Bishop Moore Catholic charism.
This year, we are proud to welcome over 1,600 students to our campus. Catholic education at Bishop Moore and amongst our Diocesan partners remains strong, and we continue to invest in our school to enhance the student experience. We will welcome students and faculty back to a state-of-the-art chemistry wing and elevator in Loretta Hall, newly turfed athletic fields, and renovated cafeteria space. These improvements reflect our ongoing commitment to providing a safe, accessible, and dynamic learning environment.
I would like to invite each student to reflect on the wisdom of St. Thomas Aquinas as we begin this school year, who states: “Wonder is the desire for knowledge”, challenging each of us to fully engage in learning and exploration of the world around us.
As Hornets, let us accept this challenge for the 2025-2026 school year, maximizing our God given gifts and talents in all we do here at Bishop Moore Catholic.
St. Joseph, our patron, pray for us.
God Bless and Go Hornets!
