TRUST THE PROCESS
Program Success
Our program has marked significant achievements, qualifying for Regionals for the second time in ten years, specifically in 2023 and 2024. Larke Eslinger has set a new school record for the most saves by a goalie for two consecutive years in 2023 and 2024. Additionally, we proudly won the Lyman Tournament in 2021, showcasing our competitive spirit and commitment to excellence.
Corey Callahan, a 2017 BMC alumnus and UCF graduate, is currently in his 5th year coaching the boys' water polo team. With 4 years of experience as a player, Corey brings a deep passion for everything in and around water to his coaching role.
Roxanna O’Neill, a dedicated coach with a rich background in accounting, earned her BA from Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico and her MSA from Keller Graduate School of Management. As the head coach at BMC, she will celebrate her eighth season in 2025, bringing with her eight years of coaching experience. Among her notable achievements, Roxanna led her team to victory in the Lyman tournament. While there haven't been specific student-athlete or team successes highlighted, her passion extends beyond coaching—she is a beach enthusiast who enjoys music, dance, and helping those in need.
