Bishop Moore strives to make our school accessible to those who value the excellent Catholic education and additional programs offered. Each year the school is able to provide a limited amount of need-based tuition assistance to our families.
A tuition aid application is completed through our third-party vendor, FACTS: online.factsmgt.com/aid
Financial aid must be applied for and evaluated annually. Any tuition assistance is calculated after all other discounts, deposits, or state scholarships are applied.
The Tuition Assistance Application deadline is 4/15/2024 in order to be sure any assistance received may be applied beginning with your first tuition payment in July. The application will close on October 1, 2024, or, once all funds have been awarded, whichever occurs first.
As a member of the FHSAA, Bishop Moore Catholic is not permitted to offer scholarships for merit, sports, or other areas.
In order to receive financial aid, candidates must:
- Must be fully enrolled at BMC
- Have a solid academic record and remain in good academic standing
- Be current with financial obligations to BMC
Applicants who fail to provide the required information, do not follow the guidelines, or miss deadlines may not be considered by the Financial Aid Committee.
Bishop Moore Catholic High School awards financial aid to students without regard to race, gender, religion, national origin, or disability.

State Scholarships
A parentally placed private school student with a disability does not have an individual right to receive some or all of the special education and related services that the student would receive if enrolled in a public school under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), as amended.
To ensure your family will receive the full award of the state scholarship, students should be completely enrolled at BMC, and should supply the Finance Office with all necessary scholarship documentation by July 1st of the new school year. Please be advised that state scholarships will not cover the entire cost of tuition. Parent / Guardian will be responsible for any remaining balance due.
