Vidigami is Bishop Moore Catholic's secure, private photo-sharing platform designed to help preserve the memories that make each school year special. Unlike public social media, Vidigami is an invite-only platform where members of our school community can safely upload and share photos from school events, activities, athletics, clubs, fine arts, and everyday campus life.
The yearbook staff uses these submitted photos to help ensure that every student, organization, and event has the opportunity to be represented in the annual yearbook. By collecting images from across our community, Vidigami expands our coverage beyond what student photographers can capture on their own, allowing us to tell a more complete story of the school year.
A Private and Secure Community
Protecting the privacy of our students and families is a priority. Unlike public social media platforms, Vidigami is an invitation-only community where access is managed by the school. Only authorized users can view or contribute content, and administrators control who can upload, view, and manage photos within each group or activity.
Vidigami also includes robust consent management tools designed specifically for schools. The platform allows schools to honor family photo permissions by assigning consent levels to individual students. These settings help identify how a student's image may be used—for example, in the yearbook only, within the private Vidigami community, or not in publicly shared media. When students are tagged in photos, those consent preferences travel with the image, helping staff confidently use photos in accordance with each family's wishes. If a family's permissions change, those changes can be applied retroactively to tagged images, reducing the need to manually locate and remove photos from future public sharing.
In addition, any authorized user may report a photo they believe should not be shared. Reported media is immediately removed from general view while administrators review the request, providing an additional layer of privacy and protection.
Become a Page Contributor
Parents and students who are actively involved with athletic teams, clubs, performing arts, academic organizations, or other school activities are encouraged to become Page Contributors. Contributors receive permission to upload photos for their specific group or activity, helping the yearbook staff document events throughout the year.
If you are interested in becoming a Page Contributor for your team or organization, please contact yearbook@bishopmoore.org. The yearbook staff will review your request and provide access for the appropriate group.
