Please be advised that the Bishop Moore Catholic campus is currently closed.

We are in the process of assessing the grounds and all the buildings. The Administration will make a decision as to the re-opening of campus, with a goal of opening on Monday. As in all cases, the safety of our students and staff is our first priority.

Please continue to monitor your email and our social media accounts for any updates regarding the school and campus re-opening.

On the feast day of the Holy Archangels, we pray that you and your families are safe after the storm. Raphael our healer, Gabriel our messenger, and Michael our defender, please pray for us and watch over us.

  • UPDATE 9/27: HURRICANE IAN: NO SCHOOL - SEP 28-30
    BMC families,Hurricane Ian UPDATE.No school on Wednesday, September 28, Thursday, September 29, and Friday, September 30 [ ... ]

    BMC families,

    Hurricane Ian UPDATE.

No school on Wednesday, September 28, Thursday, September 29, and Friday, September 30.

Due to the latest path the storm is predicted to make, the Bishop Moore Catholic campus is closed to faculty, students, parents, and visitors during this time. Because the campus is closed, there will be no practices, workouts, games, school activities, or non-Bishop Moore-sanctioned events held September 28-30.

In addition, the SAT test scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 1 has also been canceled. College Board will notify students directly regarding the options students have in regards to taking the test or receiving a refund.

A reminder that the re-opening of Bishop Moore Catholic may not follow Orange County Public Schools. After a thorough assessment of our property, Administration will determine when re-opening is possible.

Any updates will be posted on our website, as well as Schoology and our social media outlets. Information will also be shared with local radio and television stations, and an email blast will be sent.

We continue to pray for the safety of those in the path of Hurricane Ian. May God protect us, help us, and comfort us during this storm.
